Privacy notice
This notice describes personal data processing in the Systemtech store and related customer service.

Data, purposes and legal bases
- Orders and deliveries: name, contact and delivery details, ordered items, prices, payment and delivery status and necessary business information. Processing is based on performance of a contract and, for invoicing and accounting records, legal obligations.
- Customer accounts: account identifiers and order-related information for account services and contract performance. Account security also relies on a legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- Enquiries and quotations: the contact details, business details and message you provide. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request or a legitimate interest in answering other enquiries.
- Withdrawal notices and complaints: contact details, order identification, notice content and receipt time. Processing relates to contract administration and fulfilment of statutory rights and obligations.
- Security: necessary technical logs and events to prevent and investigate misuse on the basis of legitimate interests.
- Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may process usage events and technical identifiers based on consent. You can change preferences in cookie settings. Marketing communications rely on separate consent or another applicable lawful basis.
Data is primarily obtained from you when you use our services and from payment and delivery providers involved in your order. Missing information necessary for an order or enquiry may prevent it from being processed. Optional fields do not need to be completed.
Service providers and recipients
Necessary data is processed by hosting provider Hostinger, payment provider Stripe, Shipit and your selected carrier. It may also be processed by the email and accounting services in use and authorised system administrators. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider; it is not requested in the ordinary enquiry form.
International processing
International payment and analytics services in particular may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers require an applicable GDPR transfer basis and safeguards, for example an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures. Retention
Order, payment and accounting records are retained for contract administration, liability for defects, legal claims and statutory retention obligations. The need to keep a customer account is assessed based on its use and those obligations. Enquiries and quotation materials are kept for handling the matter and justified follow-up. Security logs are kept only as needed for investigation and protection. Analytics retention depends on the settings of the service in use.
Your rights and contact
You may request access and rectification and, where applicable, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation and always object to direct marketing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Rights are assessed under applicable law; records subject to statutory retention may not be immediately erasable.

Protection and decision-making
Personal data is processed only as required by work duties. Secure connections, access rights and protection of records are maintained. Ordinary order processing is not based solely on automated profiling of a person with comparable significant legal effects.
